A needs-led service designed to improve the employability and key life skills of young people (aged 18-29) who are NEET. Young people are designated a qualified mentor who will work on a one-to-one basis to accurately assess their need, develop a clear action plan (including signposting to S4L’s activities below) and ultimately support them to progress into education, employment or training. The mentor will offer continued support for up to 12 months post their progression to ensure the outcome is sustained and not just a ‘short-term fix’.
