Free events, programmes and workshops

Keeping active is a great way to build confidence and improve both mental and physical health.

It doesn’t matter if you are new to the sport or have been practising it for years, our sessions are for everyone! You will have access to games-based sports activities and will be encouraged to socialise with new and current friends

All our sessions are free to attend for qualifying young people:

  • 11-17 years old sport sessions – any young people within the Birmingham area
  • 16-29 years old sport sessions – any young people currently not in education, training or work

However, we are more than just sports. We also organise a range of employability programmes, workshops, qualifications and social events for young people.

For more information about particular events and sessions, please contact Rhys Gordon rhys@sport4life.org.uk
