It doesn’t matter if our young people are new to sports or want to improve their existing skills. They’re designed to keep everyone moving, boost confidence and improve mental health.

Our free weekly sports sessions are for anyone 18 to 29 years old not currently in education employment or training.

All our structured sessions provide a relaxed, safe space for young people and allow them to get active, meet new people in a fun, and friendly environment.

It doesn’t matter if our young people are new to sports or want to improve their existing skills.

They’re designed to keep everyone moving, boost confidence and improve mental health. All our Sports sessions are free to attend for those not currently in education, employment or training.

Depending on the time of year our sessions include football, basketball boxing, cricket, martial arts and dance. All our events courses and workshops are on our website. Each session is hosted by our trained coaching team. They’re all designed to be fun, so we welcome people from all backgrounds and skill levels. You don’t need to be a pro athlete to take part.

Our sessions also give young people a chance to connect with our employability mentors

We can help people back into work or education with one-to-one, tailored support.

This can include help with creating a CV, practicing interview techniques, learning new skills,

applying for jobs and gaining new qualifications.

This includes access to a fun interactive employability workshops where we’ll help young people highlight skills and prepare for interviews.

They’ll also have an opportunity to work with our social action projects where they can join other young people to make a difference in your community, developing workplace skills such as communication, problem solving and project management.
And they can take advantage of our unique employment pathway connections, where thanks to our partnerships with local and national businesses,
we have exclusive access to future employment opportunities and related training programs.

We want to give every young person we work with the chance to make a positive change in their lives.

We’ve been working with young people since 2006. Through sport personal development services and employability workshops we’ve helped thousands of young people build their confidence and gain the skills they need to move into sustained education training or employment.
