There has never been a better time to gain a new qualification.

Our online qualifications are fully funded for 18 to 29-year-olds not currently in education, employment or training.

We offer sector specific, fully-funded, and accredited online qualifications in: construction, healthcare and sports.

With new sectors and qualifications added all the time.

Our Online Qualifications provide young people with the opportunity to build confidence, gain valuable knowledge and skills, and improve their chances of finding a career they’ve always wanted – all from the comfort of their own home.

We believe that every young person deserves a chance to create a better future for themselves, and that’s why we offer these courses completely free of charge.

Our Online Qualifications programmes also give young people a chance to connect with our employability mentors. We can help people back into work or education with one-to-one, tailored support. This can include help with: creating a CV; practicing interview techniques; learning new skills; applying for jobs; and gaining new qualifications.

Our online qualifications are an alternative to traditional education, such as school and college. Candidates have the flexibility to learn at their own pace and fit their studies around their schedule.

Each course has several modules to chose from, so candidates can pick the topics that are most interesting and relevant to them.

They have the freedom to tailor their learning and focus on the areas that matter most to their future career.

They’ll also get one-to-one support from our eduction coordinators throughout the course, who will be there every step of the way, guiding candidates, answering their questions, and helping them stay motivated.

We want to give every young person we work with the chance to make a positive change in their lives.

We’ve been working with young people since 2006. Through sport, personal development services and employability workshops, we’ve helped thousands of young people build their confidence and gain the skills they need to move into sustained education, training or employment.

After completing their course, we will continue to support each young person in finding relevant work experience and applying for jobs.

They’ll have full access to our employability mentors who can work with them on a one-to-one basis, provide tailored support and get them job ready and find work.

This includes access to our fun, interactive employability workshops where we’ll help young people highlight their skills and prepare for interviews;

They’ll also have the opportunity to work with our social action projects, where they can join other young people to make a difference in the community, developing work-place skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and project management;

and they can take advantage of our unique employment pathway connections – where thanks to our partnerships with local and national businesses, we have exclusive access to future employment opportunities and related training programmes.

We want to help young people get job ready and find work.
