As the National Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in continuing to forge strategic alliances and establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, such as corporate organisations, government agencies, and community groups. Your expertise in relationship management and business development will be crucial in securing resources, funding, and support to fuel our growth and maximise our impact.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in building and nurturing partnerships. Person Specification

Essential

  • Evidence of CPD in partnerships/sales/management
  • Strong experience of successful partnership management
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Ability to create and deliver training and workshops
  • Strong understanding of the industries and market in which the organisation and its partnership services will operate

Desirable

  • A relevant/transferable qualification – e.g. management, project management, or degree
  • Income generation within charity sector
  • Strong understanding of the sport for development, youth, employability and charity sectors
  • Experience of research/ insights
