Sport 4 Life believes in giving young people the opportunity to create a better future for themselves. We are therefore working to support young people with criminal convictions into sustained employment, education and training.
We are aiming to do this through 1-1 mentoring, sport sessions, life skills workshops, sports leader qualifications, employability workshops and opportunities to engage with employers.
Our qualified mentors will help you set clear, achievable targets to help you progress. Our programme includes:
- One-to-one support and advice
- A personalised action plan
- Employability workshops (to boost your confidence, create or enhance your CV and improve your interview skills and techniques)
- Regular sports sessions, social sports and the opportunity to complete a Sports Leadership Qualification
Course Delivery: Flexible online or face-to-face course times.
Price: FREE for 16-25 year-olds, Not in Education Employment or Training (NEET)
