Level up your sports skills and leadership potential!

Gain a nationally accredited qualification! Learners are required to complete a work booklet on Sports Leadership Skills alongside the planning and delivery of two ten-minute sports sessions. Learners will be certified for full completion of the qualification.

Develop your leadership skills: Learn valuable communication, teamwork, and coaching techniques, and earn a Sport Leaders Level 1 qualification.

This course is designed to provide support and guidance, giving you training, and the opportunity to plan and deliver your own sporting and game activities.

You don’t need to be stuck in a classroom to learn new employability skills.

Participants will also benefit from:

• Nationally Accredited and recognised qualification. 
   
• Opportunity to assist other coaches in local community. 
   
• Develop key transferrable skills that employers look for such as communication, teamwork, problem solving, self-management  and self-belief 
• Opportunity to progress to Level 2 Sports Leaders Award which can lad to paid opportunities.
