What’s on Offer?

We’re inviting young people aged 16 to 29 to join us for a day filled with learning, skill-building, and fun activities – all designed to help you take your next step towards employment.

What to Expect:

• Employability Experience & Skills Learning: Access the Springpod virtual work experience platform, offering experience across 100 sectors and roles to help you discover career opportunities.

• Anti-Social Behaviour Workshops: Led by specialists from West Midlands Police’s Violence Reduction Partnership (VRP), covering topics like knife crime, healthy relationships, respect for property, Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), County Lines, drugs, and gangs.

• Life Skills & Confidence Building: Practical guidance on financial literacy, healthy nutrition, and mental wellbeing to support your independence.

• Indoor Karting Activity: End the day with some adrenaline-filled fun on the track!

• FREE Interview Clothes: Get set for your next job interview with brand-new interview clothes provided on the day.
