Sport 4 Life UK is seeking an Assistant Sports and Training Coaches to support the delivery of Sport 4 Life UK’s training services (sport sessions, qualifications, social action and employability sessions) for young people aged 11-29, across a variety of community and school settings.
Title: Assistant Sports & training Coach – Ref 064
£10.08 per hour (inclusive of holiday uplift)
Sessional – no set hours
Sessional – not set length
Training will be provided covering Managing Challenging Behaviours, Child Protection & Safeguarding and more (through Educare Online platform)
The successful candidate must be performance driven, have tangible experience, and undertake duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Sport and training delivery
- Partnerships and recruitment
- Monitoring and evaluation
- General and administrative
- A flexible working approach
The Assistant Sport and Training Coach is a dynamic, personable individual, who works well in a growing, changing and targeted environment, whilst upholding the Values of S4L. They will be confident and professional, with the ability to motivate and inspire the young people we work with. They are a good communicator at all levels, a good listener, and can work effectively both internally (colleagues, managers) and externally (partners, young people).
